Privacy Policy
Triumph Electrical System Engineering Pte Ltd (UEN 199502986M, "we", "us") is committed to protecting personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). This policy explains what we collect on this website, why, and your rights.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
1. What we collect
Quotation and contact enquiries — name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, and your message.
Job applications (Engineer Assessment and Drafter Assessment) — name, email, phone, current position, years of experience, employer, your answers to the assessment questions, any files you attach (including sample drawings you upload for the Drafter Assessment), your declaration, a record of your consent and when you gave it, and information about how the assessment was completed (for example whether an answer was typed or pasted, the time spent on each question, and whether you left the page while answering). This helps us assess applications fairly and consistently.
Technical information — the browser stores an unfinished assessment draft on your own device so you can continue later. We do not use advertising cookies.
2. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and prepare quotations.
- To assess and communicate with job applicants.
- To keep records required by law and to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
3. Who we share it with
Personal data is processed by service providers acting on our behalf: our website and hosting platform (Base44), our email service (Gmail), and Google Drive. Copies of assessment submissions are sent to the email accounts of the people who handle our recruitment and saved in a Google Drive folder that only they can open. If you contact us through the WhatsApp button, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Some of these providers store data outside Singapore. Where that happens we take reasonable steps to ensure the data receives protection comparable to the PDPA.
4. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for up to 3 years for business records. If you are not hired, your job application data is kept for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.
5. Your rights
You may ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw consent, by contacting our Data Protection Officer:
- Email: tese.sales@gmail.com
- Phone: +65 9047 1603
- Post: Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2A, #03-24, Ang Mo Kio TechLink, Singapore 567761
We will respond within 30 days. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer process your enquiry or application.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access to submissions is limited to the people involved in our hiring decisions.
7. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
